New Delhi: ‘Inclusive learning, Exclusive Attention’ this is the motto used by many schools which have kids who need special and a bit different kind of attention. These special kids have learning disabilities which hinders there growth, affects their sensory organs and make them different from other kids. There mental abilities are affected by mental diseases such as Attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Schizophrenia, Dyslexia and other. 

One special school in Gurgaon is run by Khushboo Welfare Society. The school is functioning since 2008. The initiative was started by RangakrishnanSrinivasan in 2008 and since then there is no looking back.
Khushboo Welfare Society has four main divisions: Sparsh (early intervention program for children from 0-6 years), Blessings (the school for children from 6-15 years), Samarth (vocational training program for adolescents and adults from 15-30+ years), and Samvedan (for children with profound disabilities). Currently, they have a student: teacher ratio of 10: 1 with an assistant in a classroom for mixed group of children with different disabilities. Further, the ratio is 5: 1 for children with severe and profound mental disabilities with a committed attendant for looking after feeding and toilet needs of children with disabilities. 
It was very important to have a school for children with mental and multiple disabilities, in particular for those with acute impairment within Gurgaon. Gurgaon is one of the most progressive cities in the National Capital Region in the periphery of Delhi. However, there has been an evident lack of specialized services, in the region, especially for persons with mental and multiple disabilities. Moreover, a daily commute to New Delhi, from Gurgaon, for these differently-abled children, is neither pragmatic nor conducive to their environment and therefore it was very important that someone come up with an initiative like this. 
Mata BhagwantiChadhaNiketan (MBCN), Noida is another school for differently-abled children, children with special needs, special abilities, and special smiles. 
It is a school that provides all required rehabilitation services to children with intellectual impairment, cerebral palsy, autism spectrum disorder, hearing impairment and multiple disabilities. Presently the institution provides rehabilitation services to 1000 beneficiaries absolutely free of cost. We make sure that learning is enjoyable for special ones and enable them to achieve maximum independence with their limited abilities. The school offer teaching with the help of teacher who make student work the daily routine like ironing, placing utensils back in the kitchen after eating, tying shoe laces and many more. There are activities like pottery making, bubble wrap cutting, sewing, dancing, playing sports and many more. 
There has been a rise in schools for special children all over India; government has launched many initiatives which have resulted in more admissions, encouraging the parents and the children as well.
One such was when parents of children with special needs (CWSN) can seek admission in any five schools of their choice by filling up a common admission form, available on the Department of Education (DoE) website. 
Parents will have to fill application form will then be directly transferred online to the private schools applied to as well as the deputy director or nodal officer. The schools can then take the necessary steps to grant admission and will be required to convey the result of admission in writing to both the parents and the department. 
If a child is not admitted even after applying to schools, the parents can contact the deputy director concerned or nodal officer.
