New Delhi:The truce in AamAadmi Party has collaped with Chief minister and AAP national convener ArvindKejriwal on Saturday sacking his Minister Kapil Mishra.While officially Deputy CM Manish Sisodiasaid that mismanagement in water supply and billing was the reason, Mishra, in a series of tweets, indicated that the real reason was his persistent demand for action in the tanker scam.

New Delhi: The Centre has declared entire Assam, besides bordering areas of Meghalaya, as a disturbed area, under the Armed Forces Special Powers Act (AFSPA), for three more months.
In a gazette notification, the Home Ministry cited violence perpetrated by insurgent groups like ULFA, NDFB and others as the reason for enforcing AFSPA for three more months, with effect from the 3rd of this month.
New Delhi: India on Friday successfully launched the South Asia Communication Satellite, fully funded by it and touted as an "invaluable gift" to its South Asian neighbours that would provide communication and disaster support to the nations of the region.
Built by the Indian Space Research Organisation, its latest communication satellite GSAT-9 called SAS rode piggyback on the 50-m-tall rocket Geosynchronous Satellite Launch Vehicle (GSLV-F09) with the indigenous cryogenic powering the Upper Stage. The GSLV-F09 blasted off at 4:57 pm in clear weather from the second launch pad at the Satish Dhawan Space Centre in Sriharikota in Andhra Pradesh and injected the GSAT-9 into the orbit in a flawless flight.
New Delhi: RBI has made substantial changes in the norms for dealing with stressed loans and warned banks they will be penalised for missing Non-Performing Assets (NPA) resolution timelines.
RBI, through a notification, eased the decision making process in the Joint Lenders' Forum and Corrective Action Plan under the 'Framework for Revitalising Distressed Assets in the Economy'.
