Eight killed in Mumbai building collapse; 17 rescued
New Delhi: An almost three decade old building collapsed in Mumbai on Tuesday morning, killing at least eight people. While 17 people have been successfully rescued and eight others who are seriously injured have been rushed to nearby hospitals.
Mumbai’s Fire Brigade is carrying out its search and rescue operation on a war footing as 20-25 people are still believed to be trapped under the concrete rubble.

The seven are Altaf Shah, Ayaz Akbar, Peer Saifullah, Mehraj Kalwal, Shahid-ul-Islam, Naeem Khan and Bitta Karate.

New Delhi: Banks have lost Rs. 88,553 every hour on an average to cybercrime during the past three years and three months. The total money lost from April 1, 2014 to June 30, 2017 — Rs 252 crore — could have written off 50,400 farm loans of Rs 50,000 each.
