NEW DELHI: In yet another case of gangrape in NCR region, a 26-year-old woman from Sikkim was allegedly raped by three men in a moving car before dumping her at a secluded spot in Delhi.
The trio had abducted the victim near Sukhrali village of Gurgaon's Sector 17, where she lives in a paying guest accommodation, early on Saturday as she returned from Delhi.

NEW DELHI: Polling for by-election to the Maujpur ward of East Delhi Municipal Corporation (EDMC) concluded on Sunday on a peaceful note. As many as 57.85 per cent voters turned up to exercise their franchise braving scorching heat.
Elections to Maujpur and Sarai Pipal Thala wards were deferred due to death of a Samajwadi Party candidate Naseema, whose daughter Shaheen is in the fray for the party.

Sacked Delhi Water Minister Kapil Mishra, who fainted during a press conference at his official residence on Sunday morning, is stable, said hospital authorities. A duty doctor at the Ram Manohar Lohia Hospital said Mishra was transferred to the recovery room of the emergency department where he was being monitored.

Refuting allegations of irregularities in political donations levelled against it by sacked Minister Kapil Mishra, the AAP on Sunday said that it followed all prescribed norms and rules and the allegations were part of a conspiracy hatched by the BJP to crush it. Addressing a press conference here, Aam Adami Party (AAP) leader Sanjay Singh said the the central government and the BJP wanted to crush the AAP and defame Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal.

Three tourists from Tamil Nadu were killed and 14 others injured on Sunday when a Tempo Traveller they were travelling in fell into a gorge in Himachal Pradesh's Bilaspur district, police said. The tourists, all members of an extended family, were travelling to Manali tourist resort from New Delhi when the vehicle skidded off the road in the Swarghat area, some 120 km from here, on the Chandigarh-Manali route.
