However, in a recent interview, the popular actor revealed instances where he was replaced in projects at the last minute. Despite being asked if he feels bitter about it, he maintains a positive outlook, stating that he always looks at the brighter side of things. He believes it is better this way and harbors no resentment.

Prabhas and Kriti Sanon-starrer Adipurush is nearing the fag end of its theatrical run. The mythological film received brickbats from critics and audiences for its shoddy making, subpar VFX and lack of authenticity. It is safe to say that Adipurush is a huge disaster at the box office. The makers tried their best to promote Adipurush as the modern day Ramayana, but failed miserably. Adipurush crossed Rs 450 crore worldwide. 

Prabhas' Adipurush released in theatres on June 16. The film was one of the most anticipated movies of 2023 and courted multiple controversies. 

National Film Award is the most respectable honour an actor can receive in their career. The National Film Award for Best Actress was first presented during the fifteenth edition in 1967 to Nargis Dutt for the psychological film Raat Aur Din which marked the final on-screen appearance of the late actress.

As of today, 56 National Film Awards for Best Actress have been given to 45 different actresses across multiple languages in the Indian film industry. And you will be surprised to know that one actress has won it the maximum number of five times, which is even greater than Amitabh Bachchan winning the male counterpart four times, the maximum number in that category.

72 Hoorain, produced by Ashoke Pandit has created a lot of controversy since past few weeks. The film had generated mixed reactions on social media ever since the release of its poster, teaser and the trailer. However, Ashoke got enraged when the CBFC (Central Board of Film Certification) denied giving certification to his satirical drama. The movie is based on religious fanaticism and radicalization of youth by clerics who provoke people towards militancy with their hate speeches. The promo shows two men who are brainwashed by a cleric discussing about heaven and virgin women after sacrificing their lives. Now, Bhojpuri actress Sabiha Shaikh has slammed the makers of 72 Hoorain for their wrong depiction of Islam.
