New Delhi: In the wake of cloudburst incidents in Uttarakhand, the External Affairs Ministry has said that all KailashMansarovar pilgrims are safe and secure and Uttarakhand government is in constant touch with them.

MEA spokesperson Raveesh Kumar in a tweet yesterday said that Uttarakhand government and the Indo-Tibetan Border Police are taking steps to ensure a safe journey for pilgrims. Two cloudbursts hit Uttarakhand'sPithoragarh district on Monday.
