Telangana BJP slams CM KCR for comments on The Kashmir Files

The BJP leader alleged that KCR's comments were for nothing but to 'lure Muslims' votes.'

The BJP leader alleged that by making such statements KCR has proved, "He will not respect martyrs who laid down their lives to achieve the aim."

He also strongly condemned the comment of the Telangana CM, who said permission had to be taken to erect a statue of Shivaji in Bodhan town.

"KCR claims that he had read hundreds of books. But how can he not remember the sacrifices of Chatrapati Shivaji for the country,'' he said, adding, " He should know Shivaji Maharaj had fought against mughals to free land from their clutches."

On KCR's national political ambition, Subhash said, "No need to fill up the political vacuum in national politics as BJP, under the leadership of Narendra Modi Ji, has expressed their confidence in bringing BJP to power in 4 out of 5 states in recently concluded assembly polls."

He further said that KCR has been watching the development of the country ever since Narendra Modi took the reins and became the Prime Minister.

"Now he has changed his mind to retrieve political benefits as the people of Telangana have become fed up with his empty promises," said the Telangana BJP spokesperson.
