There were 286 active cases on December 1, which increased to 782 on December 24. Delhi has also reported the highest positivity since June 15.

The total number of cases reported in Delhi so far is 14,42,813. Over 14.16 lakh patients have recovered from Covid-19 so far.

The number of deaths due to coronavirus infection in Delhi stands at 25,103. Five deaths have been reported in December so far.

Delhi has witnessed a surge in Covid-19 infections in the last few days amid the Omicron threat.
