The court was told that summons earlier sent to the chief minister could not be served after which fresh summons were issued, and the next hearing in the case was posted for 18th of September.

Mr Singh is facing accusations of making false statements, and wilful omission in providing required information to the I-T department and obstructing its officials from performing their duties.
