#Bhajan Lal Sharma To Take Oath As Rajasthan Chief Minister On His Birthday Today

Bhajan Lal Sharma, a debutant MLA, will take oath as the Chief Minister of Rajasthan today, which happens to be his 56th birthday as well. Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Union Home Minister Amit Shah and BJP President JP Nadda will attend the swearing-in ceremony at the historic Albert Hall in Jaipur.

Vidhyadhar Nagar MLA Diya Kumari and Dudu MLA Prem Chand Bairwa will take oath as the two Deputy Chief Ministers of Rajasthan.

The three will be administered the oath by Governor Kalraj Mishra.

Prem Chand Bairwa offered prayer at Moti Dungri Ganesh temple in Jaipur today ahead of the oath-taking ceremony, news agency ANI reported.

Ahead of the swearing-in ceremony, massive security and sitting arrangements have been made at the Albert Hall, with final touches being given on Thursday night. A large number of people are expected to attend the oath-taking ceremony of Bhajan Lal Sharma and his two deputies.

The swearing-in ceremony will take place at 12 noon.

A BJP spokesperson said that invitations have been sent to central leaders and state chief ministers for the ceremony, ANI reported.

The main roads leading up to Jaipur have been decorated with posters and banners of varioys welfare schemes of the BJP-led Centre along with cut outs of leaders, the ANI report added, citing the spokesperson.
