He was sworn in at 10.00 AM on Thursday. It will be his 6th term as Bihar CM. Nitish Kumar had resigned as the Chief Minister on wednesday citing irreconcilable differences with RJD on corruption charges against Lalu Prasad's son and former Deputy CM Tejaswi Prasad Yadav.

The JD(U), BJP, their allies and supporting independent MLAs together account for 132 seats in the 243-member Bihar Assembly, 10 more than the magic figure of 122.
