Sindhu To Face Marin In Momentous World Badminton Finals At Nanjing

New Delhi: Ace  Indian shuttler P.V. Sindhu entered the women's singles final at the World Championship in Nanjing, China on Saturday. In the semi-final, she registered a brilliant 21-16, 24-22 win over World Number two, Akane Yamaguchi of Japan.  Sindhu will face Carolina Marin of Spain in the final on Sunday. Sindhu is the lone Indian to progress in the Badminton World Championships, as her compatiorts Saina Nehwal, B Sai Praneeth and the mixed doubles pair of Satwiksairaj Rankireddy and Ashwini Ponnappa lost in thequarter-finals  on Friday.
