Domestic Share Market Hits Three Months’ Low


New Delhi: Domestic share markets on Wednesday closed at a three-month low after falling for the sixth straight session. The Sensex at Bombay Stock Exchange lost 284 point or 0.85 per cent to 33,033. The Nifty at National Stock Exchange also declined 95 points or 0.93 per cent to 10,154. All other major Asian stocks also closed with losses. All major European markets were also down.The rupee at forex market on Wednesday recovered 8 paise to 64.88 against the US dollar. Gold prices went up by 220 rupees to 31,670 rupees per ten grams at the bullion market in New Delhi.
